1. About These Terms

This website located at https://inmotionheating.com/ (the “Site”) is owned and operated by InMotion Mechanical, Inc., doing business as InMotion Mechanical (“InMotion Mechanical,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site — including submitting a service request through our Schedule Now / Contact form or opting in to text messages — you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy, which together govern your use of the Site. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to submit a service request or to opt in to text messages through the Site.

3. Service Requests and Scheduling

You may submit a service request through our Schedule Now / Contact form. If you opt in to receive text messages from us through that form, you may receive messages related to your request, including scheduling confirmations, technician dispatch and arrival updates, appointment reminders, and invoice or billing notices. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages unless you separately opt in to that program using the dedicated marketing checkbox on the same form. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This program is also described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from InMotion Mechanical. You may request service without opting in by leaving the text message checkboxes unchecked, or by calling 530.210.2275.

4. Text Messages

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, that program — including message frequency, data rates, opt-out (STOP), help (HELP), and how we handle your number — is governed by the SMS Terms set out in our Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. Site Use and Content

All content on the Site — text, photographs, graphics, and design — belongs to InMotion Mechanical or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or reused without our written consent. You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, submit false or fraudulent information through its forms, attempt unauthorized access to it, or interfere with its operation.

The Site may link to third-party sites (Facebook, LinkedIn, Yelp, and similar) that we don’t control and aren’t responsible for.

7. Disclaimers, Liability, and Indemnification

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising under these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Nevada County, California.
